Appointments & Bookings
Booking Methods
Appointments may be made online, by phone, or in person.
Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Ciel Nail Spa Boutique. Clients will receive a confirmation via email or text message once the appointment is secured.
Deposits
Certain services (such as group bookings or detailed nail art) may require a deposit to secure the appointment. Deposit requirements will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that schedules can change. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellation Fees
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service, or the deposit may be forfeited. This fee must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened service (for example, a polish change instead of a full service) or the appointment may be cancelled with applicable fees.
Emergencies
We understand that illness or emergencies may occur. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of management.
Right to Refuse Service
Ciel Nail Spa Boutique reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who displays signs of illness, behaves disrespectfully toward staff, or poses a safety risk.

Service Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of services on our website and in the salon. However, slight variations may occur depending on individual client needs.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will generally be honored, but adjustments may occur if additional time, materials, or detailed nail art are required.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the service price and is left to the client’s discretion.
Health & Safety
Hygiene Standards
We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards. All tools are properly sterilized, and single-use items are disposed of after each service.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Clients must inform staff of any allergies or sensitivities prior to their service. We will do our best to accommodate these concerns.
